30 Days Return Policy

Returning products to Ocular Store is simple. We believe in the quality of the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact a customer service representative and we will gladly assist you with this process. 

 
Returning Your Items
 

Returned orders must be properly wrapped and packaged. They must be shipped via FedEx, UPS or United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. No credit can be issued if damage occurs as a result of improper packaging. Please call our customer service representatives if you have any additional questions or concerns.
